Working with Co.school means you get access to coaching, facilitation and co-design services to help tackle complex problems.

Your partners in co-creation


Co-creation is all about collaboratively partnering to create what has yet to be envisioned or built. We offer service design, innovation consulting, facilitation, coaching and systems thinking. We work alongside our partners to offer:

  • Innovation consulting: Explore new concepts, approaches, products, solutions and ideas ("What if we tried this a new way?)
  • Collaborative design: Move through a collaborative design process, towards tested solutions. This can look like service design, design thinking, design sprints, or a long-term co-design projects.
  • Coaching: Coach you towards your end goals, through listening, encouragement and lots of questions. We're currently pursuing certification with the International Coaching Federation.
  • Facilitation: Not just meetings and mediation, but progress towards purposeful change.
