Facilitation & retreats

We design and host the gatherings where groups do their most important thinking together: retreats, workshops, summits and community sessions.

If you need to bring your people together for dialogue, design or decision-making, Co.school can help, as an engaging, supportive, third-party host. We co-design the session with you, lead it on the day, and help you carry the results forward.

Ways to work together

  • Retreats and offsites All-day or multi-day sessions for a leadership group or team to reconnect, take stock and plan ahead. 1 to 3 days, with a few weeks of co-design before · From $5,000
  • Conferences and summits Large gatherings where people come from across a city, country or sector to make progress on an issue. 1 to 3 days, with 2 to 4 months of planning · From $15,000
  • Community sessions Participatory dialogue and design with your wider community, in person or online. One session or a series · From $8,000

When it helps

  • A leadership group, board or executive, in one organization or across a network.
  • A team of colleagues from different disciplines who need a deep dive.
  • A community, going wider across a sector.
  • Anybody navigating a season of change, or exploring new ideas together.

Probably not a fit if

  • The decisions and directions are already decided, and this is just to check a box.
  • Your group is faced with external stresses, making them unable to be emotionally present.
  • Your team is not open to adaptation or change.
  • Your team culture prefers top-down, hierarchical decision-making.

What Andrew Said

“As an organisation in transition, the Ecclesiastical Province of BC & Yukon approached Co.school to co-create and facilitate a summit that would deepen trusting relationships amongst key leaders and envision a new collaborative future. In this, they were brilliant.Co.School crafted an environment where participants that helped us to honour our past, risk an honest look at our present, and cast a bold vision for the future. Thanks to Charlotte and Kevan, we walked away from the summit energized with possibility, and with a sense of the next faithful steps towards our emerging future."- Andrew Stephens-Rennie, Director of Missional Renewal in the Anglican Diocese of Kootenay
